EU & UK Shipping

VAT changes starting July 1 2021

Starting on July 1 2021, all EU and UK ustomers will have to pay VAT and/or a service fee on all purchases, no matter the value.

This VAT will have to be paid once the package reaches customs. An additional service fee will also be charged. These service fee percentages are determined by each European country. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.

Please note that these recent changes to VAT may also affect your package's holding time in customs. EU and UK customers - please expect an additional 2 weeks for your package to be held, in addition to our standard 4 to 12 weeks of shipping & transit time.

We would like to remind all international customers that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and must be remitted to your customs office in order to claim your package.

Please be sure to claim your package and pay any customs fees, otherwise you risk the package being returned to us.

If we receive a returned package that is marked as Unclaimed or Rejected from customs, we can either:

a) Have you repay the original shipping costs to have it resent, or;

b) Refund your order minus the 8% restocking fee and the original shipping costs.

Thank you for understanding!
